Regular Training
Place: We train at White Hart Lane Recreation Ground (next to White Hart Lane Community Sports Centre):

Please check with the General Manager locations and times varies.
Kit: any shorts, any top, shin pads, football boots/astro boots/trainers (depends on weather and condition if you are not sure!)
Cost: £2 (please give this to General Manager)

YOU MUST wear shin pads and appropriate footwear i.e. football boots or astro boots. Please tighten your studs and make sure they are all complete. No jewellery is to be worn.
Training takes place every Sunday (unless there is an away match or any other circumstances), the general manager will confirm each week by email for any training sessions.
Romans takes the time to train well, to get the most out of all our matches
Our qualified experienced coaching team offers weekly training sessions in developing speed work (plyometric circuits/shuttle sprints), ladder drills, co-ordination ball skills and stretching.
Specialist Football "Pilates" Training
Our qualified pilates coach has trained the team in various strengthening and rehabilitation exercises which are beneficial to a footballer.

Keir’s Weekly Fitness Session
The midweek fitness sessions lasts 1hr30 minutes. The format depends on precisely how many players there are and the exercises are based on a mixture of running, sprinting, dribbling balls between cones and other exercises.
The emphasis is always on fitness, so for example most of the drills are competitive with all bar the winner doing press-ups or something. Numbers of participants are kept small to ensure everyone maintains a high work rate, though more than one session a week can sometimes be arranged if there is too much demand for the one.
