Romans 2012 Committee Elections
It's time for our members to have their say yet again in terms of who you want to help run your team.
If you are a current member of the team, please email your vote to the General Manager (you may simply reply to this email) or you may vote by secret ballot at training on Sunday 19th February 2012.
Please put numbers in the order in which you prefer each person. The person with the highest number of 1st choices wins (and becomes the main manager of the role) and where the vote is tied, we will look at 2nd and third choices.
After there is a winner we will look at second choices for second place, and so on. For example this could be one outcome:

London Titans Out west vs Romans LUL league Game - Sunday 29th January 2012

Meet: 12 noon at the station or 1pm at Clapham Common

Titans kit: Yellow shirts
Romans Kit: Blue/Red stripe shirts, blue shorts and socks
Safety: Please wear appropriate footwear (football boots with moulded or properly adjusted studs or astro boots depending on the ground) and shin pads. No jewellery is allowed. Bring a bottle of water with you.
Venue: Clapham Common Please note the venue, this game is not at Old Deer Park where we usually play. Pubic transport is the best option to get to Clap ham Common as its on the Northern Line, it is also accessible via Clap ham Junction station (Over ground and South West Trains from Waterloo). Parking is unrestricted around the pitches on a Sunday. The link to the ground is here. We played here for the Titans Birthday tournament - the changing rooms on Thyme Avenue (opposite Wake hurst road)
Subs: £3 per player
Also the Two Brewers pub will be providing a buffet after the match - free food is always good so be sure to come along to this!

Meet: Richmond Train Station
Time: 12.00noon sharp (if you arrive late you will need to make your own
way to Old Deer Park by no later than 12.30pm). We are aiming for an earlier kick off than usual so please be on time.
The match venue details are as follows:
Venue: Old Deer Park Recreational Ground (see map on our website)
Romans Kit: Brand new blue/red Romans away shirts will be provided.
Titans kit: TBC
Safety: YOU MUST wear shin pads and appropriate footwear i.e. football
boots or astro boots. Please tighten your studs and make sure they are
all complete. No jewellery is to be worn.
Subs: £2 pay to General Manager before match

London Titans Birthday Tournament Invite

Meet time: 9.30am sharp (tournament start time 10:00am)
Meet place: Clapham Common Station (Northern Line)
Tournament venue: Clapham Common, Windmill Drive, SW4

Romans Kit: Sky blue shirts, socks and shorts will be provided (away blue/red shirts may be
available by then)
Safety: please wear shin pads and appropriate footwear. No jewellery is allowed.
Referee: Various
Subs: £5 per player (tournament fee)
Format: Games will be 20 minutes long with no half time and rolling subs will be allowed at the discretion of the referees.
Social: The after party will be in the Two Brewers from 4pm with food served at around 4:30-5. It is just along Clapham High Street from Clapham Common tube.
Travel: Please note that there are major engineering works on SW Trains this weekend - these primarily affect those coming in on the Reading line / Weybridge via Virginia Water line / Windsor and Eton R'side line / Hounslow loop / Kingston loop, i.e. trains going through stations west of and including Wandsworth Town, but there are knock on effects (e.g. Kingston loop trains coming in via Wimbledon). There are also extensive closures on the underground including the Northern line's Bank branch being closed all weekend so please check before you travel.
